Reports, training programmes, evaluations and products delivered across Karnataka since 2021. Clients and dates below are as printed on the documents themselves.

Most of it is
the same shape
A university or a department has a gap — students who cannot sell what they grow, a lake nobody has measured, a landscape that needs a plan. We turn up, do the work with the people already there, and leave something they can use without us.
Training, at volume
Most of our delivered programmes have run through NAHEP-IDP at Keladi Shivappa Nayaka University, largely at the College of Forestry, Ponnampet — soft skills, marketing and negotiation, entrepreneurship development, and a fifteen-day programme on IoT in forestry.
Earlier campus work covered branding and company creation for horticulture undergraduates at Sirsi, Koppal and Bagalkot.
Research, on paper
A detailed project report for the Karnataka Forest Department's Chitradurga division, and an independent evaluation of Manuvikasa's lake rejuvenation and water conservation structures for the Azim Premji Foundation.
Both are the kind of document that gets read by a committee and then acted on, which is the only test we care about.
