Wing 01

Skills for a
sustainable life

Ten programmes, taught hands-on, on your campus or at our office. Every one runs for a group of up to 40 so that nobody sits at the back watching.

How a session runs

We do not lecture. A day with us is exercises, arguments and something built by the end of it — a canvas, a pitch, a budget, a species list. Participants present their own work in the last hour, which is the part that makes it stick.

Sessions run in English or Kannada, or a mix, whichever the room needs. We bring all materials. You bring a room, a projector and forty people who are willing to move their chairs.

Forty people, maximum

We cap every programme at 40 participants. Beyond that, the exercises stop working and it turns into a lecture, which is not what you are paying for.

Larger cohorts run as consecutive batches over more days. Ask us and we will price it that way.

Programmes

What you can book

Classroom programmes are priced per programme for the whole group. Field experiences are priced per student because travel, stay and guides scale with numbers.

In the field

The Western Ghats
as a classroom

Two of our programmes happen entirely outdoors, in Uttara Kannada. Students walk transects, identify species, take soil and water measurements, and write a field report that their department can keep.
